In more than 40 years, the company name “VULCA-ECK” has become a symbol for high-quality sealing frames as well as profiles and moulded parts made of rubber for numerous industrial customers.

During this time, the quality of our products has already proven itself in many countries under the most diverse operating conditions.

Innovative ability as well as a constantly high service quality and delivery flexibility have enabled us to build up many long-term and satisfied business relationships.

Today, we are proud to have as customers not only a number of well-known system provider and original equipment supplier in the window, door and facade industry, but also major manufacturers of vehicle door systems for road and rail vehicles.

Company

The company was founded in 1978 in Hildesheim. Since the company was founded, “service with profile” has been our top priority.

VULCA-ECK started the production and distribution of rubber frames and profiles, primarily for window and facade construction, was started.

Moulded parts for technical applications as well as sealing frames for vehicle construction were also included in the development phase and later manufactured at the site.

As a specialist for rubber seals, we have not only been involved in the vulcanization of sealing frames and molded parts, but also in the assembly of rubber profiles into high-quality technical components.

Due to many years of experience and continuous development of our company, we are able to produce a wide range of articles and to stand by you as a fair and reliable business partner.

Frame Production

Frame production according to custom specifications as well as from different compounds for a wide range of applications.

Moulded Parts

Moulded parts for series or only for sample parts, made of different compounds on request.

Assembly Work

Assembly work on rubber profiles on the basis of drawing documents using a wide range of processing methods, taking into account individual conditions. The production of the sealing frames and seals as well as subsequent assembly thus remain in one hand.

On-Call-Warehouse

On-call storage of a wide range of items. After receiving delivery schedules, the desired articles are prefabricated and stored. On-time delivery can thus be ensured.
